Ryan Huggins
Ryan’s focus is on creating and implementing detailed and efficient diligence processes specializing in the large commercial solar sector. Ryan has managed the interconnection process for over 100 unique PV systems in California, served as lead negotiator with Offtakers on over 20MW of PPA projects, and successfully transacted deals with a range of Financial partners and unique diligence issues. She has over a decade of experience in legal, environmental and permitting work. Her consulting roles have ranged from completing NEPA studies, substantiating complex real estate rights, and supporting legal actions with technical analysis. Ryan got her bachelors in Environmental Science from Wesleyan University and cut her teeth on water rights in the Western U.S.
